Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be made via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to comply with this policy will require you to pay the full amount of the appointment before you may make any subsequent appointments.


Refunds AND RETURNS

 

We do not provide refunds for any services provided to our customers. If you are unhappy with the services you received, please let us know at the time you receive such services, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns that you may have.

To return a product purchased from FIBA, you must provide the original, unopened product along with proof of sale, no later than ten days from purchase.


PRICES

 

We strive to be open and transparent about our pricing, which you can find on the Appointments page. However, each client’s hair is different and may require different attention, products or services. Accordingly, we reserve the right to modify the prices for our services. We will tell you in advance of any changes in pricing.


Appointments

 

We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at any time for any reason. We will try, but are not required to, provide you with advance notice. If you prepaid for any services, we will refund you the full amount of your prepayment.


Products

 

We may offer, from time to time, certain third party products. We do not make, and disclaim, any and all representations or warranties regarding such products, and all products are provided as-is. If you have any questions or concerns about the products, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. We do not, at this time, provide for sale any proprietary products.
